“What a beautiful job he did!”

I purchased a “new to me” 2008 45′ Holiday Rambler Imperial and as might be expected, found several things wrong with it plus items I wanted added. The owner never told me about the loose tile in the half bath and a few small things that needed adjusting and tightening.

Tom Bumpus, the Elkhart Sales & Service Svc. Mgr. removed all the tile in the half bath, cleaned them, prepared the flooring to receive the replaced tile. What a beautiful job he did!

I had purchased the same tile from Holiday Rambler, but when they arrived they were a different dye lot and it would have been obvious. His careful work saved all my tile and I now have a beautiful floor. He also installed a full slide tray for my water hoses and electric chords. I am very happy with the service and installation and would recommend Elkhart Sales & Service’s facility to all .

Just a note to let you know that Laurie and I are very pleased with the work we had done at your facility two weeks ago. Both Tom and PJ put out the effort to make sure the work they did was accomplished in a very professional manner. It was great the way you were able to allow us to stay in the coach overnight while it was being worked on. We have already scheduled a return visit to take care of a few more issues when we pass through Elkhart.

“It was the most positive experience!”

We have a 2011 HR Neptune and the front “drop in” slide was in need of floor repair/replacement. This is a big job and not all RV centers are able to skillfully perform this type of repair. We had many referrals to Elkhart Sales and Service and decided to take our coach there, and it was the most positive experience. Elkhart Sales and Service are very skilled craftsmen and had our slide floor replaced in a very expeditious manner and the work was performed with accuracy and real attention to detail.
